Payment is taken when your order is accepted. A confirmation email will show the items, price, delivery charge and estimated timing in a format you can keep.

Email support@fletcherhaines.com as soon as possible. If fulfilment has not started, we will try to make the change. Once dispatched, the return process normally applies.

Some products are dispatched directly by selected fulfilment partners in China. The origin and estimated delivery time will be shown on the relevant product page before checkout.

Handling normally takes 1-3 UK business days. Tracked delivery normally takes a further 12-20 business days. The typical total is therefore 13-23 business days from order acceptance.

Yes. When tracking is available, we email the carrier reference after dispatch. Tracking can take 2-5 business days to show its first movement.

Yes. Items may use different fulfilment partners and can arrive separately. You will not be charged extra delivery fees because an order is split.

We offer a 30-day commercial return window from delivery for eligible items. Your statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery is not affected.

Contact support@fletcherhaines.com before sending anything. Returns must go to the address provided by customer care, which may be in the UK or China. The registered office cannot receive returns.

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we will offer the remedy required by law and cover reasonable return costs where a return is needed.
